    Q.1 How many documents will fill a 240lt locked security bin?

    4 filing cabinet draws will fill a locked bin

    Q.2 What can we put into the locked bin?

    All documents, paper clips, bull dog clips, manila folders and staples are acceptable.

    Q.3 Can we put plastic sleeves into the locked bin?

    We can take plastic product, however we prefer all plastic's to be kept separately.

    Q.4 What happens to the paper?

    All paper is recycled

    Q.5 How often do you service the locked bin?

    MDS will service as often as the client requires.

    Q.6 Can you give an approx time of arrival?

    It is difficult to give an approx time, however our driver can call when he is on his way.

    Q.7 Can we view the shredding process?

    MDS welcomes clients to view the shredding process. Contact the office to make an appointment.

    Q.8 Is a Certificate of Destruction provided?

    After the completion of document destruction, a Cert of Destruction is always provided.

    Q.9 What is the importance of a Certificate of Destruction?

    The Certificate of Destruction is our proof to you that your confidential documents have been shredded. A company can not issue a Cert of Destruction if documents have not been securely disposed of.
